Very professional taxi service! An affordable rate for airport drop off. My driver was punctual and friendly. The communication via email and via text was prompt. Will definitely consider again for airport pickup or drop off.

I pre booked a car seat for my 4 month old for our departure to the Halifax airport. The driver came with a car seat that was not suited for our baby and told us “our choice” to use it. Not for anything, but is baby safety not a priority for companies? If I pre-book for my daughters age/weight then the proper car seat should come. Customers should not have to compromise their children's safety because a company is unreliable. Thankfully Jamal’s taxi service was able to pick us up right away and brought a PROPER car seat.

Top notch service! I just wish we had gotten our driver's name. We arrived on Sept 4 at 5:00 pm and our driver messaged us right away. He was very helpful to us and so pleasant with interesting conversations. He made us feel so welcomed to NS. Thank you so much for such pleasant customer service.

I highly recommend using Deeplink Airport Taxi Service. Deep was courteous, friendly, on time and very professional. The car was clean and the communication was excellent. On my first trip...the plane was diverted to Moncton due to heavy fog. I texted Deep but he already was aware of this and was tracking my flight for the late Halifax arrival. I had just stepped out to the curb in Halifax and he arrived immediately in spite of my late arrival. The second trip, back to the airport...I had a very early morning pick up and he gave me a text that he was on time and on his way which was appreciated. I have used his service three times and wouldn't even think of using any other service. Thanks so much!

Great service, great vehicle! It was very easy to book online. Our driver, Astro, arrived a couple of minutes early, which we really appreciated since we had to catch an early-morning flight. We are first-time users and we would definitely use Deeplink again!
