I had an amazing experience using this company for a ride from the airport to my home. The driver was extremely friendly and didn’t make me feel like I was just sitting in a car waiting to be dropped off. It was an engaging experience, and I feel like I will use this service a lot from now on instead of even Uber.

Wonderful service! As someone not from Burlington I was a bit worried about finding a ride to the airport early in morning, but 89 Taxi made the start to my trip incredibly easy. Picked up the phone quickly for a same-night booking after my previously booked taxi service cancelled on me because my midnight arrival to BTV turned into a 1am arrival. Great people ..very trustable .. I am a glass artist and was trying to fly with my glass blowing torch “$4000” after the airline said no ..I called this company and they came and retrieved torch at airport and drove to my home for me ..it was a risk for me to be honest but they came through for me ..great people good vibes .. trustable ..

Samad is an excellent driver. His services are very clean and professional. I used him when I was in desperate need of a ride during a snow storm. He showed up on time and got me where I needed to go safely.

I have used 89 Taxi several times now for rides to and from Burlington International Airport. Every time they have been responsive to booking requests, easy to keep in touch with via phone, text, and email, and incredibly friendly and helpful with my luggage. They arrive on time and have clean, spacious vehicles. The driver was very pleasant to talk to and professional. Love this service, will definitely be using them again!

Sarmad picked me up in Warren, VT June 23rd and drove me home to Massachusetts. It was an emergency and I was somewhat distraught. Sarmad provided excellent company and intelligent, stimulating conversation for over three hours. I don't think we stopped talking once. He was very pleasant, caring and entertaining. So much so that the time just flew by and was very enjoyable. I am happy to recommend 89 Taxi if all the drivers are as pleasant as Sarmad. It was a wonderful experience under trying times. This was the best driver in all of Vermont. He was on time waited. Even when my plane was delayed an hour and a half his car was clean. There’s not enough great things I could say about the service I highly recommend them.

89 Taxi saved the day. We needed a short notice pick-up for our family to the Burlington airport to pick up a rental car after our car broke down. 89 Taxi came and found us, loaded up our crazy amount of luggage, drove us to the airport, waited for us to get the rental keys and then drove us to the rental car and helped load the luggage. Prompt, polite, ans pleasant to deal with. A refreshing part of an otherwise stressful day. Thank you!!!

My job is out of Burlington but I work remotely and travel a lot, so I’m at BTV often. If I have an important meeting at my company’s offices in Burlington. I don’t trust anyone but 89 Taxi to get me there. I’m always greeted with a call telling me very clearly exactly where I can be picked up.Also, I live way out in Jay, which had always been a pain after long trips, because I can’t leave my car at the airport that long, none of the taxi company’s want to go out that way, and if they do…they gouge. Not 89 Taxi, they gave me, by far, the best rate from BTV to Jay Peak I’ve ever gotten. That’s how I met them. They gave me that killer rate, at like 1 AM with snow on the ground. And I haven’t used another taxi service in the Burlington area since.Without a doubt best taxi service I’ve used in Vermont!!!
